The first of its kind in Colorado, the Northern Colorado Intersections: Pursuing Regional Well-Being initiative examines the pressures and opportunities that Northern Colorado communities are experiencing as a result of population growth.

The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado partnered with Colorado State University to gather and analyze comprehensive data on Larimer and Weld Counties. NoCo Foundation also spoke with area residents to share their lived experiences.
