NoCo Foundation

THE PROJECT

The NoCo Foundation serves as a community catalyst, convener, and trusted steward of charitable funds across Northern and Eastern Colorado. The Foundation and Tilt Creative have partnered on a rebrand, a new website, in-depth data driven reports, a special 50th Anniversary logo and commemorative magazine, podcast art, and several printed marketing pieces.

After 50 years of philanthropy, the NoCo Foundation was ready to embrace their nickname as their new formal name, moving away from the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado. With that change came a brand refresh, encapsulating the dynamic, approachable, innovative, and community-oriented organization they are.

The new brand mark contains two circles. The inner circle represents their core work and the fundholders who they gather with regularly to steward their charitable investments and gifts. Meanwhile, the outer circle represents clients, stakeholders, and community partners who they collaborate with on a myriad of projects and initiatives—all around the table. Nested together, the two circles look like CO, as in Colorado.

“When the NoCo Foundation needed an experienced graphic designer to fully design a brand-new community indicators report, we turned to Allie and Tilt Creative. Allie is such a creative thinker and problem solver. Using academic data, community statistics, and geographic information, Allie turned some pretty boring information into beautiful graphics, maps, charts, and infographics. Our organization still gets compliments on its design, layout, and readability years later.”
